We can quickly and easily access your computer to repair most problems.  You will need to be in contact with an agent prior to starting the remote control so we can route your request properly.

Remote desktop support is available during normal business hours for $50 per hour.  Simply purchase one hour and download the small remote support program and a support representative will begin working on your computer problem.  There will be a minimum fee of 1 hour and you will be billed in 15 minute increments for any additional time necessary.
